If we work together over time, I can assist you more extensively in reaching those goals. A Life of Balance

I am a master trainer in assisted stretching.  a pilates instructor and teach numerous types of yoga. Yoga for Healthy Structural Aging is my most recent 300 hour certification and it has ignited a new energy and drive into all of my work. I incorporate Osteothai Massage and Hot Stone Massage in my Bodywork sessions as well. My passion is to help each client improve the way that they are able to effectively and comfortably move; whether they are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, spend extensive time at a desk or driving or suffering from an injury or chronic pain. I draw from my experience and training in different modalities with all different ages and types of people to design a session tailored to each person based on their personal goals and what’s happening in their body. I can give you a more competitive edge in your particular sport or even simply help relieve pain; which is often life changing. By integrating mobility, muscle activation, posture, symmetry, breath, movement, and body awareness, I strive to help my clients develop a greater understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal overall health and well-being, finding ways for you to achieve your specific goals. I truly love and care about people.  Helping others is my purpose and my passion.  I am grateful to be living a life where I get to live out my purpose every day!​​

What is assisted stretching? 

Assisted Stretch is flexibility training technique where a trained professional helps a client stretch their muscles more effectively than they could on their own. I used static, dynamic and PNF (Propioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) PNF stretching technique that involves alternating between contracting and relaxing muscles to improve flexibility and range of motion and is the most effective way to not only gain more range of motion, but is also extremely effective at helping with muscle recovery and increasing one's connection to every muscle in the body

 

What is OsteoThai?

Osteothai is a type of bodywork that combines Thai massage and osteopathic principles, and involves deep stretches, rhythmic movements, and gentle pressure to help release tension and improve mobility. In Thai Massage we use compression, massage, stretching while the client is completely passive (relaxed) and fully clothed in comfortable, stretchy attire.

What is Hot Stone Massage?

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that uses heated stones to relax muscles and relieve tension.

The heat from the stones also helps to improve circulation, reduce stress, relieve muscle soreness, pain in ligaments, tendons, and joints, reducing inflammation and stiffness. I use the stones to glide over muscles, knead, or apply long, smooth strokes. Hot stone massages can be used alone or combined with other types of massage.
